How We Made $104,925 In 7 Days With 4 Emails And A PDF
Let me tell you a little story.
The first time I ran this campaign, I had no idea if it would work. I figured, worst case, I’d get a few replies, maybe a couple of sales, and then I’d move on to whatever idea I came up with next.
But what actually happened? We pulled in over $100,000 in just over a week.
It was stupidly simple. No sales calls. No fancy funnels. No 27-step automations that make your brain hurt just looking at them. Just 4 emails, 3 replies, and a PDF. That’s it. And it worked like crazy.
Then I gave it to my friend Diane (business consultant). She made $78,000 in a week.
Then Mike (fitness coach). $49,000. No webinars, no complicated sales process—just copy, paste, and send.
Collectively, this little system has done $250,000+ in sales just for my offer, and I keep using it because… well, why fix something that isn’t broken?
Now, you might be thinking: “Okay, but why does this work so well?”
Here’s the secret: People don’t like being sold to. But they love buying things they already want.
This system isn’t about convincing anyone of anything. It’s not about pitching, persuading, or handling 37 objections in a high-pressure call. Instead, it flips the script.
It makes people ask YOU for more details.
That’s right—you don’t “sell” at all. Instead, you send a simple email that makes them raise their hand. If they’re interested, they’ll ask for more info. Then you send them a PDF that explains everything. And when they ask for the price, they’re already pre-sold.
By the time you tell them how much it costs, they’ve already said yes multiple times. And that’s why it works so well.
This playbook is going to give you everything you need to copy and paste this system into your own business—from the emails to the responses to the exact strategy that makes this feel effortless.
And if you don’t have an offer yet? Don’t worry. I’ll show you how to create one that sells like crazy.
Let’s dive in.
The Method: The 7-Email System
Alright, so let’s break this down step by step.
At its core, this system is deceptively simple. It’s the kind of thing that makes you wonder why you didn’t think of it first. But once you see it in action, you’ll never look at selling the same way again.
Step one: Send out four “hand-raise” emails over four days. These emails don’t push anything. They don’t try to convince. All they do is ask a simple question: Would you be interested in this? That’s it. No pressure. No hard sell. Just an easy, no-strings-attached invitation.
Step two: When people reply, you send them a short PDF that breaks down the offer. But here’s the trick—there’s no price on the PDF. Just a clean, clear explanation of what they’re getting and why it’s worth their time. Nothing fancy. Nothing overwhelming. Just enough to get them thinking, This sounds really good. I need to know more.
Step three: If they’re still interested, they’ll do exactly what you want them to do—they’ll ask, How much is it? And by the time they reach this step, they’ve already said yes to the idea multiple times. They’ve bought in emotionally. They’ve pictured themselves with the results. They want it. Now, all you have to do is tell them the price and help them buy.
Step four: You name your price. If they’re in, they pay. If they have questions, you jump on a quick call (if needed), but most of the time, they’ll just pay and move forward. No awkward negotiations. No desperate follow-ups. Just easy, natural sales conversations where people are already sold before they even hear the number.
That’s the entire process.
No fancy tech. No exhausting sales calls. No high-pressure tactics. Just simple, conversational selling that makes people feel comfortable and excited to buy.
And the best part? It works every single time. Once you have the emails and the PDF in place, all you have to do is send the emails every few months and let the sales roll in. It’s literally copy & paste. You can send the exact same offer for years and it still works.
In the next section, we’ll break down exactly why this system works so well, so you understand the psychology behind it.
The Psychology: Why This Works So Well
Now, let’s talk about why this works like magic.
Most sales processes are set up completely backwards. They start with a pitch, push hard on persuasion, and then desperately try to handle objections when the prospect inevitably resists.
But what happens when someone chooses to take the next step instead of being pushed? Their guard goes down. They become curious instead of defensive. They start to convince themselves why they want it.
Here’s why this system is so effective:
Micro-commitments lower resistance. Every time they reply, they make a small psychological commitment. They say yes multiple times before they ever hear the price. And by the time they do, they’ve already convinced themselves they want it.
No pressure = more trust. Because you’re not pitching hard, people don’t feel like they need to resist. Instead, they ask for more details willingly. They feel in control of the buying process, which makes them far more likely to move forward.
Curiosity pulls them in. Since the PDF doesn’t reveal the price upfront, it builds anticipation. They naturally want to take the next step, which keeps engagement high and makes every interaction feel like a natural conversation instead of a sales pitch.
They sell themselves. By the time they reach the price reveal, they’ve already mentally said yes. You’re no longer “selling” in the traditional sense. You’re simply confirming what they already want.
This is why so many people struggle with sales. They try to push when they should be pulling. They try to convince when they should be making the prospect convince themselves.
The beauty of this system is that it does all the hard work for you—you just have to show up and take the payment.
In the next section, we’ll dive into how to craft an irresistible offer so that when people raise their hand, they’re excited to buy.
Crafting an Irresistible Offer (That Practically Sells Itself)
If the 7-email system is the engine, your offer is the fuel. And if your offer sucks, it doesn’t matter how good your emails are, you won’t get anywhere.
So how do you craft an offer that people jump at the chance to buy? Let’s break it down.
1. Solve a Painful, Urgent Problem
No one pays good money for “nice to have.” They pay for problems that need fixing now. If you’re selling something people should want but don’t feel urgency around, you’ll struggle.
Ask yourself: What’s the one problem my audience already knows they have? Not something you have to educate them on. Not something “cool.” Something that’s big and painful enough that they’re already looking for a solution.
2. Make It Stupidly Easy for Them
People love fast, effortless solutions. The easier you make it, the more they’ll pay.
Your goal: Remove friction. If they feel like it’s complicated, hard, or time-consuming, they’ll hesitate.
3. Charge What It’s Worth (And Then Some)
Most people undercharge because they’re scared. Here’s the truth: higher prices attract better clients.
A $500 offer gets skeptics. A $5,000 offer gets action-takers.
If your offer helps people make money, save time, or eliminate major stress, price it accordingly. If you’re helping someone make an extra $50K a year, charging $5K is a no-brainer.
One of my favourite quotes from Dan Kennedy is:
“Charge as much as you can without cracking a smile.”
Or something like that. It’s true. You should almost be shocked by your price. I know I was the first time I offered this. But hey… it worked like crazy.
4. Add a Risk-Reversal Guarantee
People fear making bad decisions. That’s why guarantees work so well.
Try something bold: “If you don’t make your investment back, I’ll keep working with you until you do.” When you remove the risk, more people say yes.
When you put all of this together, you get an offer that’s almost impossible to say no to. One that doesn’t feel like a sales pitch—because it doesn’t have to be.
5. Put It In a PDF
No website needed. Literally just open a word doc, list what they get. Make it a no brainer and tell them what to do next. Even though I use PDF’s for this now, here is an example of doing this with a website. PDF’s actually work better… but here’s what I’ve got for you now.
https://simpleadsystem.com/dfy
(Please don’t buy this or try to send me money or anything like that. I don’t want it. It’s not available anymore (damn… that’s gonna make you want it more). Sigh. Just don’t…)
Next up, we’ll go over the exact email templates that make this whole thing effortless.
The Email Templates
Now that you’ve got your irresistible offer dialed in, it’s time to put it in front of people.
These emails do the heavy lifting for you. Edit them to match your irresistible offer. Save them. Then, just copy, paste, send, and watch the replies come in.
The Hand-Raise Emails
Example Email #1
Hi {first_name},
If I offered to personally build a Facebook ad campaign for your business, help you manage it for 3 months, and guarantee you daily profitable results, would you be interested?
If yes, just reply to this email and let me know. 😊
Cheers,
Adam
P.S. This is a very limited opportunity. I only have room to take on 3 clients right now. And yes, this is a significant investment, but it’s the only way I can guarantee your results. If that sounds good, reply, and we’ll chat more about it!
Example Email #2
Hi {first_name},
I have a life-changing proposal for you. How would you feel if I personally designed and managed a Facebook Ad Campaign for your business for 3 months? I'll handle all the work. I'll pay for the necessary tools. I'll run the ads. And I'll even cover the hosting costs!
And here's the kicker: I guarantee profitable leads / sales every day!
If that sounds like something you’d want, reply to this email, and we can chat about the details. 😁
Cheers,
Adam Nolan
P.S. I'm only taking on 3 clients for this amazing offer. It won't be cheap, but that's the only way I'm able to 100% GUARANTEE your business will be a success. So don't wait! Reply today and let's get started!
Then just write 2 more emails like this. heck, use ChatGPT to do it. It works just fine. This isn't rocket surgery. Send them out back to back for four days in a row.
The 3 Reply Emails
Tip: You can even save the replies as keyboard shortcuts if you’ve got a Mac so all you have to do is type “reply1” (on mobile or desktop!) and it’ll paste the full reply emails. This makes responding EASY and fast.
Reply 1:
Hi {first_name}
Thanks for writing back. In a nutshell I'm looking to partner up with a few people and take them all the way through the creation, setup, launch and management stages of running a Facebook Ad Campaign.
We'll plan everything together and then I'll do all the building and setup. We'll work together closely for 3 months while the business grows and you learn how to run your own ads.
The end result is the business being fully operational, making daily sales through ads and growing with you knowing how to run every aspect of it.
I have the complete breakdown here: https://simpleadsystem.com/dfy
Take a look and let me know what you think.🙂
If it looks like something you'd want to work on together, just enter your details on the page and I'll follow up with another email.
Cheers

At this point people will click through. They’ll be sold on the irresistible offer b/c it’s exactly what they’re looking for. They’re salivating. Chomping at the bit to move forward and get what you want. All they’ve gotta do is ask for more info. So we send them this:

Hi {first_name}
I'm so glad you're interested.🙂
I'm sure your next question is "How much is all of this?"
To plan everything together, do all the market & product research, write the copy, build the funnel, setup your ad account & tracking, create & launch the ads and help you grow the business over 3 months, the charge is $7,000 USD.
That includes everything (software as well) except ad spend which starts at $20 a day and is generally profitable within the first week or two.
The end result is your business is running, bringing in profitable sales and you have complete control over how much and how fast your business grows.
I'm also happy to figure out payment arrangements if that would help.🙂
If that sounds like something you may be interested in, just reply and let me know.
I'm looking forward to chatting more.🙂
Cheers

Seriously. That’s it. Haha. And we could leave it at that. But at day 2 or 3 if I don’t hear back from them I’ll send them this (and it usually pulls in a few more sales b/c apparently following up with people gets them to buy more shrug)
Reply 3:
I hope all is well. I just wanted to follow up with you and see if you were still interested in this? :)
Have a great day!
Cheers
Adam
Most of the time, if you’re easy going (not salesly & pushy) people are cool with just this. They’ll send you money. But if they’ve got a few questions, that’s cool too. Just hop on a quick 20-30 min call.
These are NOT sales calls. Do not sell. Your job is to answer questions and position it as you and the client work together to solve a problem. Be cool. And only get on the phone if they’re already 90% of the way there and just want to clarify a few things. These are fun calls.
Setting It All Up
Now that you’ve got everything—the offer, the emails, the replies—it’s time to set this up so it runs like a well-oiled machine.
1. Your Email List (Where to Send These Emails)
If you already have an email list, great. If not, you’ll need a list of people who are at least somewhat interested in what you’re selling.
You don’t need thousands of people. Even a small, engaged list of 500–1,000 can generate a significant amount of revenue. The key is making sure they are warm leads—people who know, like, and trust you.
2. Sending the Emails (What Tools to Use)
You can use any email autoresponder you like—ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, Mailchimp, whatever. The important thing is consistency.
3. Handling Replies (Keep It Simple)
When people reply, don’t overcomplicate things. Keep responses short and to the point.
Just send them the pre-written replies you have. Personalize a bit if necessary for clients you have a relationship with. That’s it.
If you want to be hands-off, you can even have a VA (virtual assistant) monitor replies and send out pre-written responses for you.
4. Scaling This to Work on Autopilot
Once you’ve tested this system and it’s working, you can start scaling it up.
The goal is to have leads coming in every day, so you can simply handle responses and collect payments.
Want Me to Set This Up For FREE?
If you’ve made it this far, you already know how powerful this system is. And if you want to set it up yourself, you now have everything you need to do it. But if you want me to personally build this out for you there’s a pretty big chance I’ll do it for FREE.
Here’s the deal: If your list is big enough and your offer is a good fit, I’ll write your irresistible offer, the emails, replies, the works. We’ll then run your promo. And I just want a cut of the revenue. No money upfront. (Oh yeah..and like… not even a lot. You keep the vast majority of the money).
If it’s not a fit for the free setup, I can still do it for a fee (and you’ll still make a killing)
Either way, if you’re interested, here's what to do next. Just enter your name & email in the box below.
My automation thingy will let me know and I'll reach out to you and we can see if it's something we can partner up on.
Enter Your Name & Email Below

P.S. First time I did this we did over $100k (cash collected) in 7 days. If you’ve got a solid offer and an audience that loves you… this is like free money. Enter your name and email in the form above and I'll reach out to you. There’s a good chance this won’t cost you anything up front and you can keep mailing the same offer for years. Let me know. Looking forward to chatting. :)
